When the decision was made to Cement Render my new home, Ben was recommended to me by Rockote. From my first phone call with Ben to the very end of the project Ben was always friendly and professional.

Ben and his staff’s work ethic and attention to details was impeccable. His ability to see and make my vision a reality was amazing. His product understanding and knowledge is extensive and he was always willing to explain the processes and offer advice when required.

His meeting of the required time frames was admirable, thus making it easier to organise other trades persons employed on-site.

My builder and site manger was also very impressed with his professionalism, friendliness and his ability to work with and around them and the other trades persons when required.

Ben and his team rendered our house in September 2010. From the first day he came to the house to do all the preparatory work prior to the actual rendering, to the final day when he completed the job, Ben carried out all his tasks in a very professional manner, and it was very clear that he took great pride in his work.

We were impressed by his attention to detail, making sure that every wall, corner and crevice was rendered correctly. Also impressive was the way Ben managed his team of 3 workers, to complete the job within the time frame as promised.

We are very pleased with the professional rendering work done by Ben; it has added value to our house, and we are very pleased to recommend him and his team to anyone thinking of rendering their house.

It has resurrected a boring 60's blonde brick house into an attractive, modern looking residence. Not to mention the added capital gain.
